Redwood Falls Sportsmen’s Club
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Redwood Falls Sportsmen’s Club will be held in accordance with the Club’s bylaws.
Date: Wednesday, January 14th
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Redwood Falls American Legion
The Annual Meeting is held on or before the last day of January each year and provides members the opportunity to participate in the governance of the Club. Business to be conducted at the meeting may include, but is not limited to:

Election of Directors

Determination of official club correspondence

Review of club matters and reports

Transaction of any other business properly brought before the membership
All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and participate.
Voting Reminder
Each paid membership is entitled to one (1) vote at the Annual Meeting.
For example, if a household has a single family membership, regardless of the number of family members covered under that membership, one vote is permitted.
Proxy Voting
Proxy votes are not permitted.
All votes will be cast and counted by members in attendance at the meeting.
Members must be present to vote on any matters brought before the membership.
Board Nominations
Nominations for open Board positions will be accepted from the floor the night of the meeting. Members in good standing who are interested in serving are encouraged to attend and participate in the nomination process.
Additional Meeting Information
A quorum is established by a majority of members present and voting. This notice is being provided by the Secretary of the Club at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date using the Club’s official correspondence methods, as required by the Club bylaws.
Members are encouraged to attend and take part in shaping the direction and future of the Redwood Falls Sportsmen’s Club.
